Dinner


I cooked pan-roasted swordfish with peppercorn garlic butter for dinner tonight. It was delicious!

    Do you have the seafood app provided by the Monterey Bay Aquarium for your iphone? It tells you which fish are more environmentally friendly to eat during different seasons. I have no idea about swordfish right now. I just thought you might find it interesting.
